Patients:
You can now ad Appointment Notifications, Confirmations, Reminders by Email and enable Password Reminder by Email in your Online Appointment account.
Go to My Profile at the upper right of the screen after you Login and go to Actions at mid right of screen and Update your Profile by choosing the Option of adding your E-Mail and Zip Code in the Address section of your Customer Profile. This will by email to remember your password.
Also, please consider going the lower part of the screen and you will see Email Preferences that you can check for Notification, Confirmation and Reminder of your appointments.
Please note that my by phone appointment service at (336)765-2323 will occasionally by error ad you in the data base an additional time when you call.
To make sure your phone appointment account and online appoinment account are the same I suggest you add your middle initial after your First Name during this update. For instance, if you name is Sam M Sample, you could list your First Name as Sam M and not simply Sam.
If you call the service when you cannot go online you can reference your account by the First Name, Middle initial and Last Name. This way they and you will be on the same account.
Please also set your Favorites to www.alangrahamdc.com as the entry point for online appointments.
